With customers across a wide range of industries seeking advice and configuration of their Sage X3 solutions, Mysoft is recruiting additional consultants with Finance, Distribution, and Manufacturing experience.

Working within a highly skilled team of Sage X3 experts, the new team member will be supported with established delivery methodologies, investment in tools and training, and collaborative, engaged colleagues.

What you’ll be doing…

As a Sage X3 Consultant at Mysoft, you will deliver expert implementation, configuration, and support services to our customers. Your work will directly impact the success of their ERP systems and help drive business efficiency. Key responsibilities include:

Engaging directly with customers to gather requirements, understand business processes, and define the scope of Sage X3 implementations.
Translating business requirements into solution designs and leading the configuration of Sage X3 modules to meet agreed specifications.
Collaborating with the development team on customisations, integrations, enhancements, and resolving software issues.
Leading system testing activities, including system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and data migration validation.
Supporting solution deployment, ensuring deliverables meet timelines and quality standards.
Acting as the primary customer contact throughout implementation, providing expert guidance, managing expectations, and resolving issues.
Delivering end-user training, documentation, and structured knowledge transfer to ensure effective system adoption.
Providing post-go-live support, including optimisation, issue resolution, and system updates.
Contributing to continuous improvement of implementation methodologies, tools, templates, and best practices.
Keeping up-to-date with Sage X3 functionality, industry developments, and relevant technologies.

About You

Proven experience (two years) implementing and supporting Sage X3 (Finance, Distribution, or Manufacturing).
Strong understanding of business processes and ERP solution design.
Skilled in configuring Sage X3 modules, integrations, and reporting.
Experience delivering ERP projects within structured methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2, or similar).
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Experience delivering end-user training and supporting system adoption.
Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Customer-focused, adaptable, and resilient in dynamic project environments.
Detail-oriented, initiative-taking, and able to manage multiple priorities to deadlines.
Commitment to continuous learning, professional development, and sharing best practices.
